We are Darin and Mary Waldeck, a married couple that followed our dream of relocating our entire family to Florida over 20 years ago. It was a big dream at the time, but it has become our wonderful reality, and it can become yours too. We have been selling real estate in this area since 1997, and started our own real estate company, Sunstate Realty in 2003. Our son Darin Waldeck II is also a licensed Realtor Associate with our firm. He works with buyers and sellers alike selling and finding dream homes. We are a small business, family owned and operated, with the simple goal of exceeding your expectations. You will get the personal attention you deserve.
